Dr. Pearson performs her services with a highly trained veterinary technician. After your telephone consultation, Dr. Pearson will schedule a convenient time to visit your home for the euthanasia procedure. We make every attempt to accommodate you and your family's schedule and wishes and most appointments can be made within 24 hours. However, Dr. Pearson is a full-time practicing veterinarian and scheduling constraints may occur.

Upon arrival at your home, Dr. Pearson will explain the euthanasia procedure to you and any other family members that wish to be present. We use the highest quality drugs for our procedures and your pet will undergo a peaceful passing. However, please realize that her personal belief is that this procedure may not be suitable for young children. This choice is at your discretion. If you would like more information about pet euthanasia or coping with the loss of your beloved pet, please visit our resources section for useful links.

Although we make every attempt to accommodate all pets, Dr. Pearson reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Fractious or aggressive animals may have to be referred back to their local veterinarian. Cash or check payment (sorry, no credit cards) is required at the time services are rendered or may be paid in advance. Prices may vary depending on your location and will be quoted over the telephone. The at-home euthanasia service costs $150 and aftercare/cremation varies according to the size and service level chosen.

Your pet's aftercare (cremation or burial) will be discussed prior to the procedure or during the telephone consultation. Dr. Pearson will handle all pet remains with the utmost care!
